The OFSTED inspection (2006) judged St Olave's to be "outstanding". "St Olave's and St Saviour's is an outstandingly effective school that deserves its high reputation. Students make rapid progress throughout the school and achieve standards that are exceptionally high. At the last inspection, it was judged to be very successful; it is now even better."

ST OLAVE’S MATHEMATICS - OFSTED 2008
OFSTED carry out subject inspections in schools during the three year period between each full inspection. The reports are used to inform the Chief Inspector’s reviews of the quality of subject teaching across the country.
We are delighted that following an inspection in October 2008 the Mathematics Faculty at St. Olave’s was judged to be “Outstanding” in every aspect and especially pleased by the extremely enthusiastic comments from students, about Maths lessons here, which feature in the Report.
Congratulations go to Mr. Evans and his teaching team, with the students, on receiving this outstanding report of their work.
