Gift Aid

Gift Aid is an easy way for us to increase the value of gifts of money from UK taxpayers by claiming back the basic rate tax paid by the donor. Forms are available for download at the bottom of this page.

Matched Funding

A substantial part of fundraising profits can be acquired through Matched Funding. This scheme enables people who make donations to charitable organisations, such as schools, to ask the company they work for to donate an equivalent amount. Not all companies do this but many of the larger ones do, (see a list of examples of companies that do in the link below).

Easy Fundraising
It doesn't cost you a penny more. With easyfundraising.org.uk you can shop online with over 2,000 well-known stores and each will donate up to 15% of what you spend. For example, M&S are currently giving up to 2%, John Lewis will donate 1%, Amazon 1.5%, Boden 3.75%. Some insurance companies will even donate £30 simply for taking out a policy with them!
