Application Procedure

2026 Entry

Applications will open on Monday 12 January 2026 at 9 am and close on Tuesday 24 February 2026 at Midday and must be submitted online no later than the School’s published deadline.

All applicants will be invited to the School for a Taster Day to take place in the summer term (following GCSE’s). The aim of this is to give prospective students a glimpse of life at St. Olave’s including the activities and opportunities on offer as a student in our Sixth Form.

On GCSE Results Day (20 August 2026), all applicants must upload a copy of their achieved GCSE results statement by logging into their application form via their Applicaa login. 

Further details will be emailed to applicants during the summer break regarding the timeline to do this.

Offers of places will begin to be made from the afternoon of Thursday 20 August at the earliest and will continue through the day on Friday 21 August. Due to the tight turnaround of the start of term being Thursday 27 August, we will only give a very short window of acceptance for our places.
