How to Donate

We warmly encourage Parents/Carers wishing to make either a one-off donation or set up regular giving to our Enrichment & Development Fund
We politely suggest a voluntary donation of £50 per month (or £200 per term).
It is important that parents/carers understand that there is no obligation to make donations. Any amount is welcome and no student will be treated differently should their family choose not to contribute .Please note that donations are non-refundable. Our preference is that Families of current Years 7 & 8:
- set up a regular donation via Standing Order (see guidance below)
- or use their ParentPay accounts to pay a termly donation (see guidance below)
and that Families of current Years 9 - 13:
- Set up a Standing Order via your Online banking/App (see guidance below)
- or, set up a regular donation via the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) platform which allows users to set up regular (or one-off) donations using Direct Debit, a CAF account, a Card payment or a PayPal payment (see guidance below)
- or, use their ParentPay accounts to pay a termly donation (see guidance below)

If you are a UK tax payer, please also download and complete this Gift Aid Form returning it to the School Finance Office (enabling us to claim an additional 25% of your donation from HMRC at no additional cost to you).
2. DONATING VIA PARENTPAY (Alternative payment option)
Parents/Carers can donate their termly donation via their school ParentPay account HERE and selecting:
"Enrichment Fund Donation" and selecting appropriate Spring / Summer/ Autumn Term option
3. DONATING VIA CAF (Alternative payment option)
Donations made via the online 'CAF' platform enables the school to automatically benefit from an additional 25% on donations (made from appropriate UK tax payers) without having to manually process the Gift Aid claim from UK Gov separately.
The CAF platform enables users to set up regular donations via a CAF account or Direct Debit or to donate a one-off donation using a CAF account, a Card Payment or a PayPal Account.

4. GIFT AID

Gift Aid is a government tax relief scheme. It costs you nothing extra, but means we will receive an additional 25% on your donation from the UK Government. This makes a huge difference. |

5. MATCHED FUNDING/PAYROLL GIVING
