Admissions Overview
The Governing Body is the admission authority for the School and is therefore responsible for admissions.
As a designated State Grammar School we select pupils purely on the basis of high academic performance in our Entrance Tests.
Our main points of entry are in Year 7 and Year 12. In addition, up to 4 places are available annually via the Wakeham Choristership Scheme. Only on rare occasions a vacancy may arise ‘In-Year’. Further information can be found via the sub-menus.

Open Day Events
We hold two events each year for prospective pupils.
- Our Open Morning for perspective Year 7 boys and their parents/carers is held in June.
- Our Co-Educational Sixth Form Open Evening for external applicants is held in November.
Due to the current Covid -19 social distancing restrictions, our Virtual Tour and Virtual events offer an insight into the school.
