European University Debating Championship

We were pleased to hear that Ben Sharp, who represented St. Olaves at multiple Oxford debating comps and who left in 2024, has continued to debate at university.
Having represented the University at Liverpool as part of their debating team he has qualified to represent his university at the European University Debating Championship.
Taking place from the 3rd-9th August in Copenhagen, 200 teams from universities across Europe will be competing.We wish him continued success!
Looking to encourage the next cohort of debater, Ben will also be returning to run the year 9 Inter-house debate later this term.
