St. Olave’s Grammar School Celebrates Outstanding A Level Results for the Class of 2025

St. Olave’s Grammar School is proud to announce the exceptional achievements of the Class of 2025 in their A Level examinations. This year, an impressive 95.1% of grades awarded were A* to B, with 39% at A* and 78% at A*/A. These results mark a continued upward trend in academic outcomes and are a testament to the talent, dedication, and hard work of our students.
Beyond academic excellence, our students have demonstrated remarkable character and leadership. They have actively supported one another and the wider community — notably through initiatives such as their work with Bromley Homeless and have led clubs and societies with enthusiasm and commitment. Their achievements span national and international competitions, charitable fundraising through events such as Festival and Cabaret, and outstanding contributions as prefects and role models for younger students.
Their involvement in music, sport, and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award programme further highlights their resilience, creativity, and leadership.
We also recognise the unwavering dedication of our staff, whose commitment to high-quality teaching and pastoral care has been instrumental in guiding students to these outstanding outcomes. Our heartfelt thanks go to parents and families, whose support has played a vital role in this success.
Headteacher Andrew Rees said:
“There are many happy Olavian students today, looking forward to taking up places on top courses at leading universities. My congratulations go to them — not only for their results, but for the hard work and determination that made those results possible. As our students take their next steps, we hope they do so with pride in their achievements and confidence in their futures. Whatever path they choose, they will carry with them the values and experiences that define our wonderful school.”
Congratulations to the Class of 2025 — we are immensely proud of you.
