Maximising Success Workshop

We welcomed Steve Coppin and Meg Hutchinson to school this week for a student and parent workshop on Maximising Success. The workshop is designed to help promote good learning habits as students begin their GCSEs. Students explored three principles of effective learning/revision, twelve different learning/revision techniques and a system of proactive learning/revision.

Students left the session feeling better motivated and empowered, having chosen three or four preferred learning/revision techniques which they can use proactively throughout their school career and beyond.
