Onatti KS3 French play: Ticket pour l’Espace

Four French classes attended the play in the Great Hall on Friday 28th February in the afternoon.

The plot revolved around Jack who won a trip on a French space rocket and who needs to travel with another passenger who can only speak French while Mission Control only operates in French too, yet he cannot understand French. What could go wrong?

Once in space, things indeed go wrong. Thanks to Elyas in 8B, whose acting skills equalled his knowledge of the French language, all returned to Earth safely.

This well-pitched play was new to all and very accessible to both Year 7s and Year 8s including the Fast-Track class and very well received.
