Netball success

On Wednesday 29th January the netball team had their first match of 2025.

They travelled by minibus to play Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School, having rescheduled this fixture due to bad weather last term.

Both teams were well matched, drawing at the end of both the second and third quarters. St. Olave’s came away with a well-earned win, 24-21.

This was particularly impressive given that Amber Cockburn, who plays Centre, was sadly unwell and unable to play.

Congratulations to all, but especially to Laura Sullivan for playing out of position at Centre, and Wing Attack Shivali Prashar, who was named as Player of The Match.
