New Sports Hall lighting installed thanks to PA Funding

Visitors to the Sports Hall will notice a fresh look this week as our newly installed lighting system is now fully operational. Although the change is subtle, the improvement is significant: in this case, less lighting is more.

Thanks to the generous funding from the Parents’ Association, the outdated overhead lights have been replaced with a modern layout designed to reduce glare and improve visibility across all sports.

This upgrade will be especially noticeable for activities such as Badminton, where the previous lights often shone directly into players’ eyes during overhead shots. With the new locations and angles of the fittings, players can now enjoy clearer sight lines and a far more comfortable playing experience.
