Today we say farewell to Year 11 on their final day in the Middle School before a period of study leave. We wish them all the very best as they prepare for their public examinations.

Students will undoubtedly be feeling the pressure and this stress may be shown in a number of different ways. There is a range of support available so please remember do not face this period alone. Throughout the exam season, support remains firmly in place for them.

Form Tutors, Heads of Year, subject teachers, and the wider pastoral team continue to monitor student's wellbeing, and they are there to help if pressure becomes difficult to manage. Additional support is available through our on‑site counsellor, Naomi, and through our Chaplain, Reverend Bowen, who supports all students regardless of background.

Asking for support during exams is not a sign of weakness; it is a thoughtful and responsible response to a demanding time.
