2 French prizes from Lancaster University

We are thrilled to report that The University of Lancaster recently rewarded 2 groups of students.

Congratulations to  Year 12 Victor Teodoru who was awarded 2nd Prize for the essay entry he wrote in the winter on: ”Some people say: “languages are a skill for life” what do you think of this statement?”  His essay was submitted in French and had to be between 350 and 450 words. A second Prize was awarded to Year 10 students, who won the first prize in their category, for their video entry on: “why it is important to be able to speak more than one language? Give examples and explain your point of view”. This was open to GCSE level students nationwide in the shape of a 3 mn video clip. Our students: Krish Rajith, Raphael  Freeman, Julien Viehoff-Todd and Ned Freeman distinguished themsleves by producing their entry in 3 languages: French, German and English.
