Knight-Stokes - Area Cricket Finals

The Year 10 cricketers have had a busy week in the Knight-Stokes national competition. After beating Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School on Monday in the quarter-final by 7 wickets, they travelled to Upchurch CC for the area finals day.

Unfortunately it was not to be and a loss in the semi-final against Langley Park meant they played in the 3rd/4th play-off against Simon Langton School who again proved too strong on the day.

Nevertheless the squad can be proud of getting this far in the inaugural year of this competition, and have set the challenge for subsequent year groups to go further!
