Year 10 Jekyll and Hyde Day - July 2026

On 20th July Year 10 took part in a day dedicated to exploring ‘Jekyll and Hyde’. They spent the day practically exploring central themes, setting and characters in the text and was an effective opportunity for students to explore their GCSE set text in a creative and challenging way.

Students finished having Drama lessons at the end of Year 8, so the day also provided a fantastic opportunity for them to use those skills again.

As education is not simply about the grades students achieve in exams, we hope the day broadened our students’ learning experience
and encouraged their curiosity, creativity and love of learning.
