Jeremy is currently preparing for "The Big Climb Against Loneliness" He will be racing up 932 steps insideTower 42 Tower 42 in the City of London on November 20th and hopes to raise a minimum target of £150.

You can support is fundraising efforts for "Reengage"HERE a simple way to change the loneliness that affects millions of elderly people through activities that can provide a lifeline of social support to someone who may otherwise spend days or weeks not talking to anyone. Monthly tea parties and activity groups provide an opportunity for older people to meet up with other people on a regular basis, to make friends and enjoy a laugh together. For older people who struggle to leave the house, regular befriending phone calls and online activity groups provide a connection to the outside world.

We wish Jeremy the best of luck on November 20th!
